Founded by Clyde Greenhouse, a 2020 James Beard Award nominee for Outstanding Baker and affectionately known as the #BowTieBaker, our micro-bakery is dedicated to crafting joy—one bite at a time.

As a proud Black-owned micro-bakery, we believe in quality without compromise. Every treat is handmade from scratch daily, using carefully selected ingredients. You’ll never find preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors in our kitchen—just pure, delicious goodness.

Our menu features an irresistible variety of cookies, blondies, brownies, our Signature Texas Pecan Shortbread Cookie, specialty treats, packaged nuts, confections and our petite biscotti (made by upcycling our day-old cookies), all designed to make life a little sweeter. And don’t miss Dallas’ best cinnamon rolls, fresh and warm every day at 10 AM—because mornings deserve something magical.
